Seeking an exceptional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, where every deal offers a significant impact opportunity. As a Deal Maker/Engagement Partner, you'll lead sales activities, guiding deals from early shaping through qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower million-dollar deals.
This role allows you to shape large transformational opportunities, paving the way for groundbreaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CxOs, and closing deals. You'll have the chance to demonstrate your expertise in determining pricing and commercial strategies, leveraging insights from our team of pricing experts.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development efforts starting early in the cycle, shaping the transformation agenda in a consult-led approach towards creating large-scale transformation and sourcing programs.
* Create compelling propositions tailored to meet market demands and customer requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions.
* Compile, refine, and own final proposal documents, showcasing your ability to present technical content and designs in a professional and concise manner.
* Establish a robust reporting and governance process to monitor the success of our deals.
Your Qualities
* You possess a high level of industry-specific solution expertise and demonstrate sales techniques expertise.
* You have experience shaping large-scale transformation programs (e.g., IT consolidations, IT sourcing, etc).
* You have a proven track record of owning and winning complex deals.
* You have 10 years of experience leading customer negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
* Sales experience in technical solutions.
