As a dynamic professional, you'll oversee the end-to-end bid process for high-value IT consulting solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills to lead virtual bid teams and manage high-quality proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Bid Leadership: Manage the full lifecycle of bids from opportunity qualification to submission and post-bid reviews.
* Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
* Proposal Development: Ensure timely and effective proposal development and RFP responses.
* Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate bid teams setting clear goals and expectations.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine bid processes templates and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and quality.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a central point of contact for all bid-related communications.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with bid commitments timelines and compliance.
Your Ideal Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business IT or a related field Master's preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT Consulting and Technology Services.
* Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes and experience with complex European Institutions Public Tenders.
* Experience navigating Public sector Terms & Conditions and risk management.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluency in both French and English required.
* Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office SharePoint and proposal automation platforms e.g. RFPIO Loopio.
* APMP certification is a plus.
