Your Responsibilities:
1. Project Portfolio & Governance Establish, manage, and continuously develop a company-wide project portfolio management framework for corporate projects
Responsibility for prioritization, resource and budget transparency, and providing sound decision-making bases for management
Facilitation of project portfolio reviews, steering committees, and cross-functional alignment meetings
2. PMO Establishment and further development of a central Project Management Office (PMO) with clear role definition
Definition and implementation of standardized governance, processes, methods, and reporting standards
Development and rollout of suitable project management frameworks (traditional, agile, hybrid) and tools
3. Project & Program Management Initiation, planning, management, and completion of own company-wide projects and programs
Active contribution to and steering of transformation and change initiatives (e.g., ERP implementation)
Ensuring a structured handover of project results to the line organization
4. Enablement & Organization Consulting and supporting departments on project and program management topics
Empowering the organization through coaching, training, and the establishment of company-specific project management standards

Your Profile:
5. Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
6. Several years of experience in a PMO environment or in managing programs/transformation projects (e.g. S/4HANA)
7. In-depth knowledge of common project management standards; certification (e.g. PMI, IPMA) is an advantage
8. Experience in project portfolio management, governance, processes, and methodologies
9. Structured and self-reliant working style, strong decision-making skills, and a high level of accountability
10. Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
11. Resilient and able to work under pressure, while remaining empathetic in dealing with diverse stakeholders
12. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex topics and facilitate pragmatic solutions
13. Experience in change management or organizational development is a plus
