Job Description About your tasks: Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Executive Team, supporting long-term corporate strategy, annual planning, and execution of key priorities Prepare strategic analyses, briefings, and presentations, translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Executive Management and Supervisory Board meetings, ensuring high-quality materials, clear decisions, and strong follow-through Support and strengthen stakeholder management across Executive Management, Supervisory Board, and senior leadership teams Drive execution of CEO-sponsored initiatives and cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring accountability Improve organizational rhythm and operational excellence by optimizing decision-making processes, meeting structures, and information flow Identify risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points early and proactively propose solutions Lead or contribute to high-impact transformation and growth initiatives across the organization
