Detailed Information
Your tasks:
In the Product Compliance team, you act as a central interface between hardware, software, and IT departments, thus supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
You will carry out cybersecurity-related assessments of products and carefully document them so that regulatory requirements can be demonstrated at all times.
Together with software development, you clarify which technical information, such as architecture, interfaces, or security mechanisms, is required for RED and cybersecurity requirements.
You will prepare the collected information from hardware, software, and IT areas in a structured way so that it can be directly used in compliance processes.
You will independently develop reusable documentation templates, formulations, and process modules to simplify workflows.
You will derive regulatory requirements and transfer them to our development processes, ensuring that security aspects are considered from the outset.
The creation of technical documentation for cybersecurity requirements within the scope of CE marking is also part of your tasks.
Optional: With appropriate technical experience, you will prospectively support the establishment and execution of tests, such as penetration tests.
Your profile
You are enrolled at a university, ideally in the fields of Cybersecurity, IT Security/ Information Security, Computer Science/Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering/ Embedded Systems, or a comparable technical study program with a security focus.
A basic technical understanding enables you to correctly classify information from hardware, software, and IT areas and to recognize connections.
Basic knowledge of embedded and PC-based systems as well as basic knowledge of software architecture and secure communication will help you understand and implement technical requirements.
A solid understanding of central cybersecurity concepts coupled with an interest in regulatory requirements characterizes your professional profile.
You can clearly prepare complex technical and organizational information and communicate it effectively.
Self-organization, an independent way of working, and strong communication skills enable you to specifically obtain information from various teams.
A structured and analytical way of thinking, as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, complete your profile.
If you believe you don’t meet 100% of our requirements, give us a chance to get to know you. We are looking for employees who fit with us. Your personality is more important to us than rigid requirement profiles.
Perspective:
The role is designed for a long-term collaboration from the outset. If it’s a good fit for both sides, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) and thus further expand your knowledge in cybersecurity in a more targeted way.
