Sie betreuen die festfahrenden Subunternehmer und stellen eine kennzahlenbasierte Überwachung der Dienstleistungsqualität sicher. Das fachliche Führen des Fahrpersonals gehört für Sie zum täglichen Geschäft. Die Gewinnung von Rückladungskunden aus dem Tagesgeschäft fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich. Your Profile Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung und/oder bringen langjährige Berufserfahrung in der speditionellen Disposition mit. Sie verfügen über Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch in Wort und Schrift, möglichst eine weitere Fremdsprache). Sie besitzen organisatorisches Geschick. Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
