Work Duties:
· Support of the Managing Director and the team in day-to-day business
· Contact person for business partners and external service providers
· Organization of meetings, appointments and travel, incl. calendar management
· Document filing, incoming and outgoing mail
· Travel and expense accounting
· Preparatory accounting
· Office management
· Internal and external research on business projects
· Interface to HR service for all personnel matters
· Central contact person/interface within the company
· Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
Profile:
· Successfully completed commercial training
· Work experience in the assistance
· Very good knowledge of German and English
· You are communicative, can motivate yourself well and work independently and conscientiously
