Based in our Cologne office and reporting to the EMEA Managing Director, you will play both a strategic and operational role in driving brand desirability and supporting sales performance across the EMEA region (22 countries we are operating in) through impactful local marketing initiatives. Job responsabilities YOUR TASKS: Build hands in hands market-specific media strategies with the media agencies to allocate and monitor the regional marketing budget, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, and reporting. Oversee execution of paid campaigns in line with global media objectives and brand positioning Adapt and tailor global marketing strategy with local market realities in order to keep our global brand coherence & local market relevance Define and implement the 360° annual marketing calendar across media/ campaigns, PR, events and retail activations and lead regional brand initiatives in collaboration with HQ and local retail teams Manage and develop the regional EMEA marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability and quality Supervise press and talent initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, secure press coverage and elevate the brand’s image and positioning across EMEA Work closely with Head of PR to foster press and talent initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and desirability across regions Oversee Event Management led by Head of PR: Conceptualization, planning and execution of client and press events Identify cultural, consumer, and market trends to shape regionally relevant brand initiatives and maintain cultural resonance across the region Ensure brand consistency and guide (franchise) partners in their yearly marketing planning and budget allocation Profile YOUR PROFILE: 10+ years of work experience in media in an international environment (in agency or in a company) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English (French is a plus) Master’s degree in business / marketing / communication preferred Strong leadership experience managing marketing teams across different markets Excellent knowledge of the region is a must Great connector to drive relationship with key stakeholders and KOLs in the region Comfortable with budget planning and tracking International mindset, creative, curious by nature & open-minded True team player with a can-do attitude Excellent project and time management skills; Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritize tasks Willingness to work in a pace environment with in a strong collaboration with HQ team and with EMEA peers and management Interest and availability to travel within EMEA and elsewhere if necessary (10% of the time) Master of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Strong interest about Art / Design / Fashion / Travel Additional information OUR BENEFITS: 30 days paid vacation per year RIMOWA Essential Cabin suitcase as a gift after the probationary period Corporate benefits and 30% discount on the RIMOWA assortment Company pension scheme with a high employer contribution or other capital-forming benefits Great canteen with freshly cooked and affordable food Urban Sports Club membership, public transportation ticket & job bike (partly subsidized) International environment and development opportunities within LVMH BECOME PART OF RIMOWA: Please send us your complete application documents including your salary expectations with details of earliest possible starting date.
