Your tasks:
As the new head of the Technical Connectivity Department, you will lead and enhance services for our clients. Your professional and courteous demeanour will be essential as you take charge of the team of Technical Key Account Managers (TKAMs).
This role involves supporting trading participants in building and managing their effective trading architectures and connections to the EEX and ECC while also improving internal processes through the application of your advanced knowledge gained from customer interactions.
You will actively participate in projects aimed at developing and designing new solutions for our customers, collaborating with various departments, and taking ownership of specific initiatives. Throughout this process, you will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the teams, processes, and services involved.
In this position, you will utilize the solutions and architectures provided by our suppliers daily. This framework will allow you to further enhance your technical expertise in areas such as infrastructure, connectivity, and trading systems. As the new head of your team, you will share your knowledge and experiences to enhance the team's skills and efficiency. This includes establishing mentoring relationships with your colleagues to support their individual development.
Your skills:
* University degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable field of study
* Several years of relevant work experience, preferably within a trading environment
* Proven ability to lead an international team, demonstrating strong leadership in operational management
* Excellent communication, social, and analytical skills in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage
* Experience in technical key account management and the use of an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
* Structured and audience-adapted presentation skills
* Ability to understand and evaluate the organizational impact of new technologies and digital services
* Strong team spirit, customer focus, and flexibility to achieve goals and complete assignments
* Demonstrated impactful communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) in both formal and informal settings, articulating complex ideas to broad audiences
* Proactive contribution to the implementation of appropriate working practices and culture in terms of security, privacy, and ethics
