* Develop and implement portfolio and marketing strategies
* Coordinate all local product development activities from breeding to market launch
* Collaborate with international breeding partners and product managers
Analyze markets, customer needs, and competitors
* Manage marketing activities (brochures, catalogues, field days, press, website)
* Oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, and communication measures
* Create content for social media channels
* Take responsibility for budget, forecasts, and strategic planning
