Reporting to the SVP Head of Global Communications, the Senior Director, Communications Business Partner for the MB member responsible of Legal, Compliance & Human Resources has to drive a comprehensive, integrated communications strategy supporting Fresenius Medical Careu2019s Legal, Compliance and HR business objectives, creating and maintaining the overall narrative for the function. This role will ensure the execution of both internal and external communications objectives inclusive of content and presentation support in addition to providing advisory guidance to the Board Member responsible for Legal, Compliance & Human Resources. The ideal candidate is a very experienced and senior communications leader, who has worked in an integrated global corporate communications environment and has demonstrated experience in working closely with senior management and strategic communications in a listed company. The candidate should be a purpose-driven storyteller and good writer who can leverage content across multiple channels capable of addressing multiple, complex facets of communication concurrently at a global scale.
