Your tasks
5. Creation of specifications for seat covers, foam parts and other sewing groups
6. Development and implementation of concepts that take quality, functionality, ergonomics, cost and weight factors into account
7. Participation in the optimization and new development of components including documentation creation and drawing support in CATIA V5
8. Maintenance and processing of parts lists in the PLM system (Siemens Teamcenter)
9. Close cooperation with international and national suppliers to identify supplies
10. Development of prototypes, from design to series production
11. Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams and technical consulting
12. Organization and coordination of component-specific tests
13. Control of external development suppliers and management of work packages
Your profile
14. Completed studies in textile, clothing technology, textile management or a comparable qualification
15. Knowledge of pattern making and the industrial processing of textiles
16. Ideally professional experience in the field of aircraft seats, vehicle seats or aircraft cabins
17. Sound knowledge of CAD 3D systems, preferably CATIA V5, and ideally experience with PLM systems
18. Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
19. Willingness to travel internationally
20. Independent and responsible way of working
21. Precise, structured way of working and excellent communication skills
