Your Mission
As a (Senior) Brand Manager (m/f/d), you will help shape the future of our brand and product portfolio. You see brand management as a strategic growth driver and take responsibility for developing a clear and ambitious vision for our products and our brand.
Your Responsibilities
* Strategic development of the global product portfolio and delivery of the global pipeline for the managed category
* Contribute to the global growth and innovation strategy
* Develop and implement international innovation and renovation projects – from the first idea to global rollout
* Create launch packages, go‑to‑market concepts, and phase‑out plans
* Conduct market, trend, competitive, consumer, and shopper analyses, incl. deriving actionable insights
* Lead international, cross‑functional project teams and work closely with core markets and area managers
* Identify and leverage cross‑country synergies as well as continuously track and report performance
* Take responsibility for the product P&L, including potential analyses and business cases
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a comparable qualification
* At least 4 years of experience as a (Senior) Brand Manager in an international FMCG environment, ideally with strong global brands
* Solid expertise in brand, category, and project management – both strategic and operational
* Experience in global project management and international collaboration
* Strong communication skills, diplomatic finesse, and a collaborative mindset
* High execution power, hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm for innovation, and strategic foresight
* Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
