Key Responsibilities:
* Maximize sales growth and market penetration for electric motors and generators in your assigned territory.
* Cultivate new business (50%) and strengthen existing relationships (50%) with key EPCs, OEMs, and major industrial end-users.
* Achieve critical Approved Vendor List (AVL) registrations with major industrial clients, ensuring long-term market presence.
* Monitor project pipelines (FEEDs, RFQs, tenders) to position our solutions early and strategically.
* Collaborate closely with our global teams to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of technical sales or business development experience in electric motors, rotating equipment, or related industrial machinery.
* Proven experience from leading industrial manufacturers in the rotating machinery sector, or major industrial machinery manufacturers.
* Strong technical understanding of HV/MV motors, compressors, or pumps.
* Fluent written and spoken English and German are essential.
* Demonstrated intercultural experience and a proactive, consultative sales approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
