Responsibilities

1. Generate sales qualified opportunities and pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities
2. Account mapping/sourcing qualified leads that fit our target personas
3. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research and social media to introduce our company’s product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
4. Analyze and identify how MoEngage can solve our prospects’ engagement and retention challenges.
5. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
6. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
7. Work with the marketing team in converting inbound leads for handoff to sales.
8. Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue goals along with other KPIs
9. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, documents are attached, and sales development dashboards are up to date.
10. Share best practice processes across the team and adopt new best practices for success.

Requirements

11. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
12. A bachelor’s degree
13. Previous SDR experience at a SaaS company
14. Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system, web-conferencing software, sales prospecting and enablement tools
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment
16. You’re comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, including sales development, marketing, and sales to help drive results
17. Strong listening, conversation, and presentation skills
18. Excellent organizational and time management skills

Requirements

29. Fluency in German is a must
30. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
31. A bachelor's degree
32. Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment
33. You're comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, including sales development, marketing, and sales to help drive results
34. Strong listening, conversation, and presentation skills
35. Excellent organizational and time management skills
36. Plus, if you have:
37. Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system, web-conferencing software, or sales enablement tools
38. Previous SDR experience at a SaaS company
