Your new job includes
As Accountant Accounts Payable (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the proper and timely processing of all incoming documents and ensure optimal processes. In particular, you will
* check, assign for account, forward and post incoming invoices
* set up, monitor and carry out recurring postings
* reconcile and clarify accounts with external suppliers and internal departments such as Purchasing
* work confidently with internal and external interfaces
* ensure optimal processes and analyse possible improvements
* Preparatory month-end and year-end closing activities
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed commercial training and two to three years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of statutory requirements for VAT in the accounts payable area
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and experienced with SAP modules FI and MM, as well as knowledge of OpenText VIM
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Structured, independent, and responsible working style
* Commitment, team spirit, and strong communication skills
