Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Area of responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee design projects, providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
2. Ensure consistency and excellence in design quality across all projects
3. Create visually compelling designs for various mediums including digital, print, web, social media, and more
4. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines
5. Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives
6. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary
7. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all design materials adhere to established standards and reflect the company’s visual identity
8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
Profile of qualification:
10. Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, strong leadership skills, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums
11. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
12. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
13. Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions
14. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
15. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to review and critique design work effectively
16. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects with minimal supervision
17. Fluent in English, German language is a plus
