INNERBETRIEBLICHE Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland. Dies umfasst alle ortsansässigen Beschäftigten der US Streitkräfte, einschließlich Air Force und AAFES-Europe, innerhalb Deutschlands. / Current INTERNAL Local National Employees throughout Germany. This covers all current Local National employees of the U.S. Forces in Germany, including U.S. Air Force and AAFES-Europe within Germany.

Hauptaufgaben

Performs supply administrative and clerical duties in processing of supply documents, and pickup, turn-in, storage and issue of supplies and material required for all equipment maintenance requirements within JMRC. Operates the GCSS-A system and performs work in a wide range of other systematized supply operations terminal during work. Acts on requests for equipment, tools, vehicles, machines, supplies and materials for associated operational segments. Consolidates requests, obtains requesting data from technical manuals, catalogues, manufacturers or distributors list etc.; prepares appropriate requests. Drives a transport vehicle to move supplies and material.
Receives requests for supplies, repair parts (approx. 40 different types of vehicles and equipment, 1400 end items, 7500 lines) and office equipment based on work orders to be used for field level and sustainment level maintenance on numerous types of army and non-army equipment. Searches and reads standard military and commercial manufacturers parts manuals and extracts data to include types of equipment, identification number, item description, noun, stock number, figure and page number, unit of issue and issue date of manual. Prepares and types a variety of periodic and special requisitions for repair parts not in stock, as replenishment for parts used from stock, or needed for completion of authorized modification work orders, using prescribed Request for Issue and Turn-In forms; enters obtained data and additional information such as document and routing identifier, requisition date, priority, quantity required, cost detail account number, etc. Forwards request to supply support activity and files copy in prescribed sequence (Julian date and current number) in order to 'have a control, of due repair parts. Upon receipt of items from supply support activity compares stock numbers and item description on delivery notes with file copy of requests determines if received supply items constitute a total or partial issue; enters due out number of items if appropriate; informs shop supervisors of receipt of supplies.
Prepares and enters data on for the replenishment of supplies and maintenance Work Order Requests, such as supply items needed by shop personnel, reference designator, Manufacturer code, stock number, quantity, etc. Keeps Work Order request pending until receipt of repair parts from supply support activity and completes all requests by recording valid prices according to delivery notes. Prepares Workload Report upon establishment or close of a Work Order by entering number, actions, time; signs and forwards to production control office. Receives, from Production Control Deferred as well as Deadline Work Orders for supply items being not in stock; compares with pertinent Work Order Request and requisitions supply items from supply support activity. Files Deferred and Deadline Work Orders until receipt of supply items.
Prepares Parts Request and Parts Status records; enters number of items issued and still required, date, registration number, unit of issue, quantity required, priority code, work order number and parts description. Prepares semiannually Shop Stock Input Format by entering stock number, item description, unit of issue, reorder-point and stockage level. Computes stockage level, reviews stockage code and forwards to supply activity for processing. Prepares quarterly minimum stockage list be entering pertinent data in order to have a control of slow-moving or less saleable supply items; forwards to supervisor for approval. Receives from supply activity periodical ADP reconciliation lists as well as status cards containing due out supply items. Compares weekly reconciliation lists with information retrievals to control pending supply actions. Forwards approved, request to appropriate supply or purchasing source. Maintains due-out listings and follows-up until delayed issues received. Checks receiving documents for correctness of received items. Notifies recipients for pickup or delivers directly to location.
As periodically required operates computerized data processing electronic devices in order to enter data from Parts Request Register and Parts Status Register by using a variety of programs, e.g. Information Retrieval Program and Repair Parts Requisitioning.
Issues repair parts, stores materials and repair parts in appropriate storage bins and shelves. Participates in loading and unloading, unpacking and carrying of supplies and materials. Picks up supplies and equipment from various supply points and signs for proper receipt of material. Keeps work site in clean and orderly condition. As operationally required drives a light transport vehicle (with standard and automatic transmission) requiring at least a (Class III German) Driver's License and US Government Motor Vehicle Operator's Identification Card, to deliver and pick up supplies and equipment to and from various supply points. Maintains trip ticket with necessary data and performs operator's maintenance on the assigned vehicle. Reports vehicle deficiencies to supervisor for corrective action.
Performs other duties as assigned.

C1-2005-4A:
E&T Level I: 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below.

Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below.

E&T Level II: 1 year of creditable experience as defined in A below.
E&T Level III and above: No additional experience required.

Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade.

Experience A: Included clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.


• Bewerber müssen den Führerschein Klasse B besitzen. / Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B.
• Bewerber müssen den Gabelstaplerschein besitzen. / Applicants must be in possession of a forklift operator license.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Büroanwenderprogrammen erforderlich. / Office automation skills are required.


LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL:
English Language Proficiency level B1 AND German Language Proficiency level C2 required.

Beschäftigungsbedingungen
