Responsibilities
1. Ensuring all invoices are processed in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance
2. Ensuring timely payment, prepare and execute payment runs and execute bank transfers
3. Verify, code, and post all overhead invoices in Esker and JDE (liaising with accounting team on posting)
4. In cases of substitution/assisting the accounting team in day-to-day operations
5. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
6. Ongoing reconciliation of accounts, clarification of differences
7. Posting and reconciliation of all CAPEX invoices (in coordination with accounting) as well as freight and Duty invoices
8. Posting employee expenses
9. Reconcile vendor statements and contact vendors to clarify issues
Qualification
10. Bachelor’s degree, business major or accounting diploma preferred
11. Minimum 2 years´ experience in accounts payable
12. Must be well presented, outgoing and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
13. Reliable, careful and independent way of working as well as resilience and flexibility
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Experience with JD Edwards is a bonus
17. Fluent in German and good English skills
