We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in planning and scheduling for energy, renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong background working on BESS, battery storage, substations, grid connection, transmission, distribution, or related power projects.
* Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
* Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Strong understanding of critical path analysis, schedule risk management, progress measurement, and project controls.
* Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Experience working within EPC, EPCM, or major construction project environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules for BESS projects.
* Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance against key milestones.
* Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
* Prepare progress reports, schedule forecasts, and recovery plans where required.
* Identify project risks and opportunities that may impact schedule delivery.
* Support project management teams in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
