Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for C&I PV and ESS products and solutions, delivering solution value to customer. Duties include leading an ambitious team, build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets;
2. Understand customer requirements, identify customer pain points related to products, and develop targeted strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements;
3. Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals;
4. Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License;
5. Competitors' strategy/operation Analysis;
6. Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge;
7. Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation;
8. As the communicator of the value of PV plant solution, plan value presentation, technical exchanges, and special branding activities to guide customers to accept PV solution.
Requirements:
1. Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology;
2. Familiar with PV system design, including sizing of the PV strings, equipment selection, cable sizing, system optimization;
3. Basic knowledge of BESS solutions;
4. Knowledge of PV inverter technology, e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.;
5. Familiar with grid related topics, e.g. Grid code, load flow analysis;
6. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
7. Good negotiation and communication and presentation skills;
8. Good planning and organizational skills;
9. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain;
10. 3-5 Years of working experience in the same field of work;
11. comfortable with travel within Europe region;
12. Excellent command of German and English, written and spoken.
