Your tasks
6. Site supervision: Independent provision of engineering services in building construction in accordance with HOAI in service phases 6 to 8.
7. Tendering & Planning: Sound preparation of specifications (BOQs) as well as the development and monitoring of precise schedules.
8. Interface management: Central coordination and proactive communication with all persons involved in the construction project (clients, construction companies, specialist planners) throughout all project phases.
9. Digital construction documentation: Daily work and documentation in a future-oriented, digital IT environment.
Your profile
10. Qualifications: Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering (Master's/Diploma). Alternatively, you have a qualification as a master craftsman or construction technician (m/f/d) in a relevant field.
11. Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or site supervision in building construction.
12. Personality: A confident, engaging demeanor and negotiating skills when dealing with public and private clients and contractors.
13. IT affinity: Advanced computer skills for using modern construction and planning software.
14. Mobility: Valid car driving licence for regular trips to the construction sites.
