Thai Union Germany is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team at our production site in Sassnitz, Germany. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day people matters while actively shaping a positive, compliant, and performance-driven working environment.
Reporting to the Senior HR Director, Thai Union Germany, you will play a key role in translating HR strategy into practical, site-level impact.
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related topics at the site
Maintain a strong on-site presence in production, enabling early identification and proactive management of personnel issues
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, selection decisions, and onboarding
Ensure structured, digitized, and compliance-compliant HR processes in line with internal standards and legal requirements
Contribute to and support global and regional HR projects, including areas such as succession planning, employer attractiveness, and employee engagement surveys
Advise and coach managers on people management, employee relations, and organizational topics
