In-house Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (f/m/d) HYDAC Group • Saarbrücken • nationwide Full-time Reference number: MJ9360 These challenges await you You will be responsible for the support, further development, and rollout of our SAP SuccessFactors landscape (Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals) You will advise and support our HR departments in processes related to SuccessFactors. You will collect requirements from the HR department, manage them, and develop concepts and solutions for implementation and optimization. You will implement requirements in Customizing, accompany the implementation, and ensure integration between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and external systems. You manage external service providers and coordinate projects in the HR IT environment. You conduct training courses and create user-friendly documentation. You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and accompany system updates.
