The company operates a hybrid fibre – coax network, providing high-speed broadband to over 80% of households and enterprises in Luxembourg.
The goal is to double market share in the mid-term and transform into a highly performant telecom operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Customer Value Propositions: Create relevant, innovative, and engaging feature-driven customer value propositions, define and implement the proposition roadmap, manage pricing and promotional budgets, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
* Manage Digital Journeys: Optimize digital interfaces, manage digital sales and care journeys, continuously improve digital performance, develop and execute a digital marketing plan, lead and grow digital practices and maturity, and drive data-driven marketing practices.
