What You'll Do:
1. Conduct telephone marketing and research to acquire new accounts from medium-sized to large companies in the region.
2. Organize and lead customer appointments and hotel tours to showcase their facilities.
3. Negotiate room rates and packages tailored to corporate clients' needs.
4. Assist in planning and participating in sales promotions and customer events.
5. Support the Director of Sales in preparing for and following up on MICE trade fairs.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
8. Provide support and training to trainees and interns within the department.
What You'll Bring:
9. Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification.
10. At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
11. Fluency in both German and English.
12. Excellent manners, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
13. Flexibility, organizational skills, and self-initiative.
14. A passion for working with international customers and colleagues.
Bonus Skills:
15. Knowledge of the local market is highly advantageous.
