Your Responsibilities
* Serve as a company representative and speaker in investor meetings across the US and Canada, addressing topics such as corporate strategy, business performance, and financial outlook
* Plan, organize, and execute IR conferences and roadshows in the US and Canada with institutional investors and analysts – with a strong focus on investor targeting and actively expanding investor relationships
* Provide conceptual and logistical support for local IR events
* Contribute to quarterly capital market communications
* Conduct financial and competitive analyses
* Support alignment with analysts regarding market expectations and financial developments
* Develop, enhance, and digitalize processes and digital IR tools
Your Profile
* University degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in capital markets, ideally in banking or investor relations
* Strong understanding of financials and financial analysis, combined with a high level of IT affinity
* Analytical, detail‑oriented working style paired with strong organizational skills
* Confident, engaging, and customer‑focused communication style when interacting with investors and internal stakeholders
* Business fluent English; German is a plus
