HR ADVISOR
What you do as an HR Advisor:
1. Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures, including terms of employment, collective bargaining agreements and labor law.
2. Work on all kinds of common HR projects such as onboarding, absenteeism, optimizing processes, etc.
3. Advisor and point of contact for managers and staff for all kinds of questions in the field of HR.
4. Taking care of the recruitment of new staff.#
5. Based on the business plan and development interviews, taking care of all activities related to employee development.
6. Supporting absenteeism and vitality of employees.
7. All common matters of personnel administration, such as preparing contracts, training agreements, confirming changes in employment conditions, etc.
8. Preparing monthly reports to the holding company.
9. Responsible for monthly compensation of employees.
And this we ask:
10. A completed Bachelor's degree in HR or several years of work experience in a similar position.
11. Knowledge of HR legislation and regulations.
12. You have excellent communication skills and mastery of the English language both verbally and in writing.
13. You are people-oriented, but also results-oriented and good at setting priorities.
