A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
* Building and developing the EUROPE Innovation Circle,
* Developing and facilitating the community,
* Providing meaningful methodology to identify needs to improve, connecting the dots with IT solutions,
* Co-designing innovation process with community members and implementation,
* Supporting and actively participating in innovation workshops,
* Benchmarking best practices across-industry and cross-industries,
* Structure Market Intelligence (MI) Reports – providing actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making,
* Monitoring daily market movement and insights across-industry,
* Driving internal survey of MI needs,
* Supporting the preparation of management meeting presentations,
You bring along:
* Currently enrolled to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Innovation Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field,
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make sense of complex data and translate it into actionable insights,
* Self-starter with a “get-things-done” mentality,
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with different stakeholders,
* Curious, open-minded, and excited to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment,
* Excellent MS Office Suits skills,
* Fluent in English (German, French or any additional language is a plus).
