You will be responsible for supporting complex digital transformation initiatives by acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, defining As-Is and To-Be scenarios, and contributing to solution design and implementation. You will support the full project lifecycle, including requirements management, user story creation, business testing, training, and change management activities. Working closely with subject matter experts, project managers, architects, developers, and testers, you will ensure that business needs are translated into effective and sustainable solutions within a large and structured environment.
What we expect from you :
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex digital transformation or process improvement projects.
* Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process models.
* Solid experience in business process mapping and defining As-Is and To-Be workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Hands-on involvement in testing activities, including test case preparation, test execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams, working closely with project managers, architects, developers, and subject matter experts.
* Experience supporting change management initiatives, user training, and the adoption of new business processes and solutions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
