Your Contribution
As an HR Specialist (m/f/d), you serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees at the plant and provide proactive guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
1. Handling all tasks related to operational HR administration, such as preparing employment contracts and certificates
2. Supporting and implementing HR measures in compliance with legal, contractual, collective bargaining and internal requirements
3. Contributing to workforce and succession planning within the assigned area and managing individual compensation decisions based on job evaluation
4. Supporting the optimization and harmonization of HR processes within the team
5. Participating in local and strategic HR projects
Your Experience and Qualifications
6. Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualification as a certified HR specialist
7. Several years of experience in HR administration or prior experience as an HR Specialist in a metal and electrical industry (M+E) company
8. Sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining regulations and social security legislation
9. Quick comprehension paired with a structured and independent working style
10. Strong strategic thinking, conceptual strength and project management skills
11. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various internal interfaces at all levels
12. SAP R/3 knowledge required
13. Very good written and spoken English skills
