In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR activities within the BASF Group. By developing focused personnel policies, we implement the company's strategy on employee-related issues. As part of Corporate Human Resources, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, provide operational support in their personnel matters, and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.
What You Can Expect
Join our People Analytics / Reporting team and support us for 6 months in driving data-based decision-making in leadership development. You will work on exciting projects that enable the use of modern technologies and innovative approaches in HR – with the goal of developing best-in-class leaders who act with trust, courage, empathy, and optimism to create chemistry for a sustainable future.
* Do you want to drive data-based decision-making in HR? Take responsibility for extracting and linking information from various HR systems to create a solid foundation for strategic decisions.
* Are you passionate about innovative analytics? Develop new approaches to gain valuable insights from leadership and pipeline data and translate them into actionable measures.
* Do you want to create transparency? Collaborate with the team to design and implement dashboards that enable evidence-based leadership development.
* Are you curious about future technologies? Evaluate and test AI options to advance the use of modern technologies within our unit.
What You Offer
* Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree with an IT-related and/or psychological focus
* Knowledge of data analysis, research, and visualization
* ideally, knowledge of Microsoft's Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Initial experience with SQL, R, Python, or a comparable programming language (e.g., Alteryx)
* First exposure to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
* Excellent English or German communication skills, both written and spoken
* Members from states outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland are requested to send their residence/work permit, including the relevant supplementary sheet as well as the completed questionnaire.
