Key responsibilities / You will get to:
* External benchmarking, identification of improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, identification of top down impact and steering
* Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reache
* Manage communications and project timelines
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
* Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
* University degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in management consulting
* Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
* Project management/change management/business transformation/initiative development and rollout skills
* Experience in strategy and transformation programs
* Insurance knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment is a nice to have
* Working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Extensive experience in PowerPoint and Excel
* Fluency in written and spoken English
