Your Role in Our Team
* Bachelor's degree in law or experience in corporate services is required.
* You must be able to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
* You should be stress-resistant, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong written communication and drafting skills are necessary.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing/proofreading skills are required.
* Confidentiality and discretion are mandatory.
* You should be a proactive individual with a positive attitude.
* Good command of English and French; any additional language is an advantage.
