We're partnering with a leading FMCG business to find a visionary Head of Network Planning - a role that sits at the heart of strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and continuous improvement of the company's network planning strategy across multiple regions and product lines.
* Use data analytic and modelling to drive decisions around inventory, distribution, and service levels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Commercial, Finance, Operations, and BI, to align planning with business goals and market dynamics.
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance agility, reduce cost, and improve customer experience.
* Own scenario planning and risk analysis to ensure resilience and responsiveness in the supply network.
* Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence strategic direction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong analytic background - experience in data analytic, business intelligence, or strategic planning.
* Proven ability to work with complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience driving process improvement and change management in dynamic environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* FMCG experience is a plus, but not essential candidates from consulting, retail, tech, or other fast-moving sectors are encouraged to apply.
