* Coordination and Execution: Manage norm-compliant and customer-specific verification and qualification tests for aviation electronics.
* Documentation: Create planning and test documents, including reports and presentations.
* Innovation: Build innovative test and inspection fixtures.
* Analysis: Perform root-cause analysis for products and engineering tests.
* Integration: Take responsibility for integrating hardware and software for test systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with project management, development, and production teams.
Qualifications
* Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field.
* Expertise: Knowledge of aviation approval procedures (e.g., RTCA DO160) and industrial standards.
* Technical Skills: Understanding of analog and digital circuit technology.
* Experience: Skilled in commissioning, troubleshooting (especially electronic controls), and using test equipment.
* Soft Skills: Strong English skills, reliability, quality awareness, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
