Here, you will make an impact by: _Participating in cross functional teams to support development efforts in the Scotchlite reflective materials platform, gathering critical customer feedback and supporting the commercialization of key growth products._ _Overseeing and running product testing laboratory and equipment._ _Acting as a liaison between 3M and 3rd party testing and certifications laboratories._ _Assisting in determining the competitive landscape for the overall global market._ Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Prior experience in laboratory technology and technology development Current, valid Driveru2019s License.
