In this critical role, People & Culture plays a pivotal part in enabling the business through sharper focus on career development, performance management, and succession planning. Our goal is to boost retention and strengthen leadership at all levels.
You will lead global strategies for talent attraction, design and run assessment processes to identify and grow talent, use employee insights to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention, and develop performance management that ensures clarity, accountability, and results. Your key responsibilities include:

* Leading a small team and driving strategic projects that make a measurable difference
You bring solid experience in leading talent, performance, or organizational development from large, global environments. With a strong track record of turning business challenges into end-to-end talent strategies, you help build future-proof organizations where people and performance thrive.

Key Qualifications:
* Solid experience in leading talent, performance, or organizational development
* Strong track record of turning business challenges into end-to-end talent strategies

* Proficiency in English; German and/or Danish language skills are a plus
