职位概述 / Job Description
1、负责销售质量管理相关的培训与咨询服务,帮助客户提升产品或服务质量,完成年度销售指标。
Responsible for sales quality management related in-house training and consulting services, helping customers improve the quality of their products or services and achieve annual sales targets.
2、与潜在客户建立联系,了解其需求,并提供专业的解决方案。
Establish connections with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions
3、寻找并联系潜在客户,建立业务关系。
Seek out and contact potential customers, and establish business relationships
4、进行客户需求分析,提供个性化的质量咨询解决方案。
Conduct customer demand analysis and provide personalized quality consulting solutions.
5、展示公司的专业能力和成果,促成销售交易。
Showcase the company's professional capabilities and achievements to facilitate sales transactions.
6、跟进销售过程,确保客户满意度。
Follow up on the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
7、参与执行市场推广策略
Participate in implementing marketing promotion strategies
岗位要求 / Job Requirements
* 本科及以上学历,理工类相关领域优先。
* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering or related fields
* 有3年或以上TO B的销售经验优先,熟悉TIC行业优先
* With 3 years or more of sales experience TO B and familiarity with the TIC industry are preferred
* 良好的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。
* Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
* 具备良好的自我学习能力,熟悉珠江三角洲范围内制造业,具备汽车供应链知识者优先
* Have good self-learning ability, be familiar with the manufacturing industry within the Pearl River Delta region, and those with knowledge of the automotive supply chain are preferred
* 能够自我激励,具备团队合作精神。
* Be self-motivated and possess a spirit of teamwork
* 适应出差。
* Willing to travel
