About your team
The Altersvorsorgedepot team is building one of our most strategic new product propositions, creating a scalable, compliant and customer-centred retirement offering that will shape how clients invest for their future.
About your role
As Operations Manager for the Altersvorsorgedepot (AVD), you own the operational design, readiness and continuous optimisation of a highly strategic retirement proposition. You ensure scalable, compliant and efficient delivery across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the AVD operating model end-to-end, from launch readiness to ongoing optimisation
2. Design and implement scalable, compliant processes across onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management
3. Act as central coordinator across business, operations, technology and control functions
4. Translate product and regulatory requirements into robust operational solutions
5. Drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification of the end-to-end service model
About you
You bring strong experience in operations and service delivery within financial services, with the ability to translate complex product and regulatory requirements into scalable operational solutions and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
6. Strong experience in operations, service delivery or operating model design in financial services
7. Ability to manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and domains (business & technology)
8. Solid understanding of regulated environments, ideally investments, platforms or retirement products
9. Proven track record in driving operational improvements and scaling processes
10. Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments with product-led delivery models
