We are looking for a Network Manager Rheumatology (m/f/d) East for serving as a catalyst for collaboration between UCB and National and Regional Stakeholders in the eastern part of Germany.
About the role
In this role, you ensure operating to the highest productivity standard, while maintaining scientific, ethical, compliance and quality standards when interacting with external stakeholders and following UCB Code of Conduct and industry guidelines.
Who you´ll work with
The role also entails working cross functionally with internal stakeholders such as Market Access, External Engagement, National Sales Lead (NSL), Ecosystem Leads, Hospital Key Account Manager, Medical Strategy Lead, Marketing Strategy Lead, Medical and Marketing Solution Leads, Digital Solution Lead, Patient Solution Lead, Ecosystem Leads, HCPP and UCB Cares to ensure optimal engagement at Account and Association level helping to position UCB as a future market leader in Rheumatology.
What you´ll do
1. Identification, development and maintenance of cooperation with relevant Rheumatology customer networks (e.g. professional associations on national and regional level, DGRh, BDRh, Quality networks, EOL (economic opinion leaders), rheuma centers in cooperation with Market Access, Hospital Key AccountMedical, Marketing, Sales and Patient Solution
2. Position UCB Rheumatology portfolio at national and regional payers/HCP tables, Regional KV/HCP meetings, Pharmacies and engage these stakeholders in projects serving UCB patient value strategy in cooperation with Market Access, External Engagement, Marketing, Medical and Sales
3. Cultivate and deepen relationships with relevant Rheumatology customer networks to understand the appropriate partnerships to develop a successful strategic plan
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and evaluate results
5. Project-related leadership
6. Budget responsibility for Networking projects within Rheuma Franchise
7. Develops and maintains a keen understanding of the Rheumatology business including customers and brand marketing
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
8. Certificate as pharmaceutical sales rep and/or a university degree in business administration, pharmacy or natural sciences (§ 75 AMG)
9. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Market Access, External Engagement or Sales in Pharmaceutical Industry
10. Experience leading cross-functional projects and key account management
11. Ability to translate scientific and clinical data into selling rationale
12. Strong negotiation skills
13. Fluent in English and German
14. Ability to travel ~ 70% and a permanent residence in this area
