Job Description The Brand Content Marketing Expert is responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that boost customer engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and support retention across CRM channels including email, SMS, app push, and loyalty programs. Key Responsibilities Develop content plans aligned with CRM campaigns, lifecycle stages, and brand tone. Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, conceptualization, and creation. Craft compelling content and creative briefs for email, SMS, mobile, and in-app messaging; design templates with UX collaboration. Tailor messaging to audience segments and ensure content supports onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external/country agencies; run workshops to optimize email content. Track CRM performance metrics, suggest optimizations, and document workflows, processes, and best practices across countries.
