Why this role matters We’re expanding the capabilities of our Unity-based AI/AR App and shaping the next generation of our mobile and web experience. In parallel, we’re enhancing our backend and frontend to support international growth. You’ll set direction and ship software that thousands rely on in real work—on the factory floor, in maintenance bays, and on the road. What you’ll do (outcomes, not busywork) Advance the AR experience Deliver smooth, intuitive AR guidance on iOS (ARKit via AR Foundation), with fast start times and consistently high frame rates. Shape the next-gen app path Evaluate modern approaches (e.g., Unity best practices, Swift/RealityKit, cross-platform options) and recommend a clear direction with trade-offs and migration steps. Deliver a crisp web interface Ship Website UI for dashboard/admin with clean components, accessibility, and great performance. Raise the engineering bar Champion CI/CD, testing, instrumentation, privacy/security (ISO-aligned), and healthy on-call practices. What success looks like (90-day view) Customers experience faster launches and smoother guidance in AR. Our services are reliable, measurable, and scalable. A well-argued technical direction for the next-gen app is agreed and in motion. You’ll thrive here if you Must-haves 5+ years shipping production software across mobile/XR and web. Strong Unity + AR Foundation or iOS (Swift/RealityKit/ARKit) skills, plus willingness to work across both where it makes sense. Proficiency with TypeScript/Node (APIs, workers) and React/Next.js. Product mindset: you profile, measure, and ship improvements users immediately feel.
