The BIM Modeller (Mechanical) will be responsible for producing, coordinating, and managing high-quality BIM models for mechanical building services on a large-scale project in Frankfurt. Working closely with the BIM Manager, project management, design, and site teams, the BIM Modeller will ensure that models are accurate, coordinated across disciplines, and compliant with project standards and local regulations.
This is an on-site role in Frankfurt, Germany region with rotation and requires strong technical modelling skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a structured approach to data and documentation within a fast-paced, international project environment.
