* A strategic and visionary Global Medical Affairs Lead is sought to shape and execute the global medical strategy for designated therapeutic focus areas. This pivotal role involves leading a team of scientific-medical professionals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and integrating medical insights into product strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive medical strategy for assigned focus areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Serve as primary medical representative and point of contact for all scientific and medical inquiries.
3. Manage and prioritize departmental activities and resources, including financial and human capital.
4. Build and maintain a robust network of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
5. Develop stakeholder-oriented training concepts.
Requirements
* An advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD preferred). A doctorate (PhD or MD) is an advantage.
* Proven experience in medical affairs leadership roles, ideally in a global setting.
* A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex medical insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage departmental budgets.
