An international real estate company is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its European Tax team and support the development and management of Transfer Pricing across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a broad, hands-on Transfer Pricing role within a leading international real estate group, offering exposure across multiple European markets and close collaboration with senior Tax leadership.
Key responsibilities of the Transfer Pricing Manager:
• Advise Tax, Finance, and business stakeholders on Transfer Pricing matters across group transactions
• Prepare and support OECD master file, local files, and country-specific TP documentation
• Monitor changes in global and regional Transfer Pricing regulations and assess their impact
• Develop, maintain, and improve group Transfer Pricing policies and processes
• Perform Transfer Pricing benchmarks and financial analyses
• Support Transfer Pricing audits, including interactions with German tax authorities
Background & experience:
• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification
• 5-8 years of Transfer Pricing experience gained in a Big 4 firm, international advisory firm, or multinational company
• Solid understanding of German Transfer Pricing legislation and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience preparing Transfer Pricing benchmarks (e.g. Bloomberg or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in an international environment
• Fluent English required - German language skills are advantageous
