1. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to assess key performance indicators (KPIs), measure process effectiveness, and drive informed decision-making.
2. Strategic Projects & Initiatives: Lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance business processes, working closely with leadership to align on priorities and execution plans.
3. Change Management & Best Practices: Promote process standardization and best practices across commercial functions while ensuring flexibility for evolving business needs.
4. Performance Monitoring: Develop frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track the success of implemented process improvements and continuously refine approaches based on data-driven insights.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
9. 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or performance management (airline or travel industry experience is an advantage).
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
11. Experience in working on cross-functional projects and driving stakeholder engagement.
12. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt certification preferred).
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
14. Experience in process automation tools, data visualization, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
