Position Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for an Account Director (d/f/m). As the ideal Account Director (d/f/m), you are both strategist and relationship builder. You maintain a firm grasp of the saddle, demonstrate a deep understanding of customers, markets and brands and know how to successfully steer a large, complex brand through fast-changing communication environments. You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with creative excellence and operational clarity. Your tasks: Advises clients on strategic, creative, and business decisions Identifies opportunities for account growth Takes full responsibility for projects and overall account performance Manages budgeting, forecasting and profitability Leads scope, contract and pricing negotiations Responsible for training, developing and mentoring the account team Identifies talent within the team and supports career development Ensures efficient workflows, resource planning and performance standards Provides final oversight and approval for deliverables, presentations and strategic work Manages escalations and ensures smooth day-to-day operations Maintains an effective flow of information to the Client Service Director / Management Ensures integrated communication and alignment across all disciplines Native German speaker with fluent English skills required If you’re passionate about brands, motivated by creative excellence and excited about leading interdisciplinary teams, we would love to hear from you.
