Your Role
Success in this role is measured by enabling senior and executive management to make better, faster, insight‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
* Lead (cross‑)divisional, cross‑functional strategy projects or project tracks, applying structured problem‑solving methodologies to address strategic challenges in a complex environment
* Provide strategic advisory to senior and executive management on technology‑driven topics and strategic concepts
* Engage proactively with the broader strategy, business, and R&D communities to shape the strategic direction of the company
* Translate strategy into measurable execution roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics
* Bring diverse, innovative perspectives and contribute to capability building across the Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions community

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* Proven methodical skills in framing, structuring, analyzing, and solving strategic problems, and the ability to derive insights that influence top‑management decision‑making
* Affinity for high‑tech products and an understanding of semiconductor or adjacent high‑tech industries (e.g., automotive, electronics, industrial automation, IoT), combined with the motivation to deepen semiconductor‑specific knowledge
* Demonstrated experience in technology‑related strategy or innovation project environments, with the ability to translate technological developments into clear strategic implications
* Around 8 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategy‑focused roles, management consulting, or technology‑driven project environments, with a track record of successfully leading cross‑functional project teams
* A strong academic background in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, industrial engineering, business, or related fields - preferably with a top degree from a leading institution
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus), including the ability to prepare and deliver top management presentations
* A demonstrated positive attitude toward innovation and change; you are collaborative, curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn
