About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Consultant Finance to join our team. As an expert in MS Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations), you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our ERP project.
* You will contribute your specialist knowledge to our IT projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
* Intensively cooperate with the team to deliver our ERP project, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, departmental workshops, and presentations.
* Participate in project planning and management, overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle.
* Design and optimize ERP processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support all phases of the ERP implementation project, from analysis to go-live.
* Implement training courses for end users and key users, ensuring seamless adoption.
* Manage and design sub-projects in the finance area, taking ownership of results.
Your Profile
* A successful commercial training or degree in economics, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations projects.
* Business fluent German and communicative English skills.
* Motivation, commitment, and a disciplined work ethic to deliver projects successfully.
* Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn.
* Strong service orientation, communication skills, and persuasiveness.
* Willingness to help and share knowledge, working collaboratively as part of a team.
* General willingness to travel for projects abroad.
